Lena is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. She takes her work very personally and is passionate about finding the best fit for me. She goes above and beyond from pre-close, close and post-close. 3 months after closing she's still following up to make sure all items have been taken care of and to make sure I'm still happy with the house. I'm very particular so she spends a lot of time up front getting familiar with exactly what I want. Rather than send me hundreds of MLS listings she narrows it down and is also aware of many "off-market opportunities. She also knows neighborhoods and pockets of neighborhoods extremely well. I found my house after only visiting only 8. In the past with prior realtors, I had visited over 60.
